The Specialty Vehicles & Services (SVS) Group produces over 120 types of specialised vehicles and equipment for use in construction, distribution and urban services. Its products are recognized as leaders in their respective markets and are synonymous with quality and reliability.

In China, the SVS Group designs and produces specialised heavy vehicles such as off-road dump trucks, bulk cement tankers, concrete mixers and terminal prime movers through its joint venture company Beijing Zhonghuan Kinetics. Its family of off-road dump trucks ranges from 20 to 52 tonnes with its 25,32 and 20 tonne models commanding over 40%, 45% and 90% market share in China.

The SVS group also designs and manufactures a variety of wheeled and tracked excavators through its majority owned subsidiary, Guizhou Jonyang Kinetics. Its range of excavators include specialty excavators like the amphibious excavator and emergency and high speed multipurpose engineering vehicles.

In the US, the SVS Group fully owns VT Specialized Vehicles Corporation (VT SVC) that produces, through its Hackney and Kidron divisions, multi-temperature reefers, beverage trucks, dry freight van and trailers, emergency response and recovery vehicles and specialised application trucks. VT SVC is among the top food and beverage distribution vehicle producers in North America with a 44% share of the beverage trailer market and 40% share of the refrigerated truck bodies markets.

Also located in the United States is another 100% subsidiary, VT LeeBoy, a leader in the road construction and maintenance equipment market . Products include pavers, motor graders, asphalt distributors and curb and gutter machines. VT Leeboy is today the number one original equipment manufacturer in the US by unit volume for commercial class asphalt pavers and brooms.
