Aircraft Maintenance & Modification (AMM)
ST Aerospace provides extensive heavy maintenance, structural repair and ageing modification work on a wide range of Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft in operation. Its total hangar space is capable of simultaneously accommodating 30 wide-body and 31 narrow-body aircraft in its global facilities.
On the military front, apart from being an Authorised Maintenance Centre for C130, Fokker 50,Belland Super Puma helicopters, ST Aerospace also provides one stop maintenance services for the C130 Hercules aircraft and F5 Tiger fighters.
Extending beyond MRO support, ST Aerospace’s in-house Engineering & Development Centre (EDC) provides aircraft design engineering services. It offers customers a wide range of customised solutions for F16 Falcon and F5 Tiger fighter aircraft and many others. This includes avionics, structural and systems upgrades. It also develops solutions for commercial aircraft, collaborating with partners such as Boeing for the 757-200 Passenger-To-Freighter (PTF) conversion, and Eurocopter of France and CATIC of China to develop the EC 120 light helicopter.
With a repair and logistics support network around the world, ST Aerospace provides repair and overhaul services for a wide range of aircraft components and engines. An appointed service centre for leading OEMs and a leader in component maintenance supply solutions with combined capabilities for more than 25,000 mechanical and avionics component types, it offers services for avionics (including electrical, radar/communications, instruments and electro-optics) and mechanical components (including heli-dynamics, hydraulics, pneumatics and propellers).
ST Aerospace also provides a wide range of aircraft component management and support services, including Maintenance-By-the-Hour (MBH™) and material supply programme (MSP) support, warehouse and material management, Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) spares and service support, aircraft parts trading, aircraft operating lease and OEM representation.
With facilities in Singapore and China, and a substantial capacity exceeding 500 engines, ST Aerospace offers engine total support with a full spectrum of services, including engine fleet management, on-wing and off-wing maintenance, asset management as well as engine Maintenance-By-the-Hour (MBH™) programme support. ST Aerospace support a wide range of commercial and military aircraft engines. These include the CFM56 family, General Electric J85 and F404, Honeywell T53 and T55, Pratt & Whitney JT8D and F100, Rolls-Royce/Allison 56/501 as well as Turbomeca Makila engines.
Beyond engine repair and overhaul, ST Aerospace offers holistic range of services, including engine leasing, as well as component and accessories repair.
