Singapore, 6 July 2012 – Further to the announcement of 10 February 2012, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) wishes to announce that shareholders of Nera Telecommunications Ltd (NERA) have today voted against the acquisition of all the shares of NERA by Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST Electronics) at the scheme meeting convened by NERA.
