ST Aerospace, an Authorised Service Centre in Asia Pacific
Singapore, 1 February 2010 - ST Aerospace today announced that its subsidiary, ST Aerospace Systems, has been appointed by Triumph Actuation Systems as an authorised service centre for the repair and overhaul of Power Transfer Units (PTUs) installed on A320 aircrafts. This agreement is for three years, with an option for renewal for an additional three years.

This announcement is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
