ST Aerospace Solutions provides aircraft component management and support services to a global clientele. With facilities located strategically at Copenhagen Airport in Denmark, Arlanda Airport in Sweden and London Stansted in the UK, we provide our solutions and services to customers over four continents.

Over the decades, our team of specialists have provided exceptional quality maintenance, repair and overhaul services to the aviation community worldwide. Our expertise covers a wide variety of aircraft, including the Airbus A320, A330, A340 and Boeing’s 737, 747, 767, 787, and MD80. 

Our competency in aerostructures includes Nacelle system components, thrust reversers, inlet cowls, fan cowls and exhaust nozzles. Our customers also trust us to maintain control surfaces, such as ailerons, elevators, flaps, panels, stabilisers, slats, tabs, vanes, spoilers, rudder, wing tip and winglets. In addition, we also work on radomes, doors, panels, fairings and tail cones.

In addition, we have full in-house capability in cleaning and paint removal, NDT (including MPI and FPI), surface treatment and plating, repair and rework. 

In terms of mechanical expertise, we support customers in a broad number of fields such as electrical power generation (IDG, CSD, VSCF and more), hydraulics (engine driven pumps, electrical driven pumps, power transfer units and more), pneumatics (shut-off valves, regulating valves, control valves and more) and electro-mechanical components (cargo bay components such as power drive units and cargo locks), ignition exciters and ball screw actuators.

    2015

    ST Aerospace Solutions signed a long term agreement with SAS for Landing Gear Overhaul and Repair for Boeing 737-600/700/800 and CRJ900

    2013

    ST Aerospace Solutions expanded its thrust reverser portfolio to include 737NG and CFM56-7

    ST Aerospace Solutions restructured to meet market demands. STA Solutions Europe re-focused and aligned to support Component repair Services; STAR STA Rotables Europe was established

    ST Aerospace Solutions MSP/PBH programme services handled by its subsidiary ARL in UK

    ST Engineering Aerospace signed a long term agreement with UTC Aerospace Systems to provide MRO services on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner Nacelle Systems for both the Rolls Royce Trent 1000 and General Electric GEnX engines 

    ST Aerospace Solutions is the launch site for the global support programme

    SAS Component established pneumatic capabilities in Sweden

    2006

    ST Engineering Aerospace acquired 67% of SAS Component

    SAS Component established full overhaul capability on 737NG Landing Gear
