Oil Spill Control Courses

Mandated by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and endorsed by several Flag States, we conduct Oil Spill Control courses on behalf of MPA.

This course is applicable for Masters and Engineers of Tugboats, and anyone intending to obtain a manning licence as a port limit helmsman or 2nd class engine driver. The course familiarises participants with the effects of spilled oil on the environment and the appropriate measures to take in dealing with oil spills.
