ST Engineering Completes Divestment of U.S. Marine Business
Singapore, 14 November 2022 – Further to its announcement on 7 November 2022, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) wishes to announce that the divestment of the entire issued and outstanding equity interests in its U.S. Marine subsidiaries, VT Halter Marine, Inc (Halter Marine) and ST Engineering Halter Marine and Offshore, Inc. (STEHMO) has been completed today.
Following the completion of this divestment, Halter Marine and STEHMO are no longer subsidiaries of the ST Engineering Group.
