Singapore, 14 April 2016 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) announced today that its dormant US 50%-50% joint venture company, Halter-Bollinger Joint Venture, LLC, a joint venture between VT Halter Marine, Inc. and Bollinger Shipyards Lockport LLC, has been dissolved.
The dissolution of this joint venture is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
