Singapore, 31 July 2018 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced the resignation of Mr Neo Kian Hong as non-independent and non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2018. This follows his stepping down as Permanent Secretary (Defence Development) in the Ministry of Defence.
Mr Neo joined the Board on 30 June 2017 and during his term, served as a member of the Strategy & Finance Committee.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr Neo for his invaluable contribution to the Board and the Board Committee that he had served.
