Singapore, 16 June 2017 - Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced the resignation of Ng Chee Khern as non-independent and non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 19 June 2017. This follows his stepping down as Permanent Secretary (Defence Development).
Mr Ng joined the Board in May 2014 and during his term, served as a member of the Budget and Finance Committee now known as Strategy & Finance Committee.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr Ng for his invaluable contribution to the Board and the Board Committee that he had served.
