ST Engineering’s Land Systems Arm Injects Capital into LeeBoy Brazil

Singapore, 14 November 2017 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) announced today that its land systems arm, Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics) has injected S$999,900 into SDG Kinetics Pte Ltd (SDGK) for its corresponding capital injection of BRL2.3m (about S$1.0m) into LeeBoy Brazil as working capital. This capital injection brings SDGK's total investment in LeeBoy Brazil to BRL42.3m (approximately S$21.3m).

The capital injection is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
