Singapore, 19 March 2018 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today updated that further to its announcement on 28 February 2017, Hovertrans Solutions Pte. Ltd., a joint venture company between its marine arm, Singapore Technologies Marine Ltd and its partners, Hovertransport Consultants Ltd, Clearstone Investments LLC and Oasis Marine Consultants Pte. Ltd., was dissolved with effect from today, following its application of members’ voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 290(1)(b) of the Companies Act, Chapter 50.
This dissolution is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
