Singapore, 18 March 2016 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that ST Aerospace Resources Pte. Ltd. has made further capital injection of US$5,777,919 (approximately S$8.1m) into its subsidiary, Keystone Holdings (Global) Pte Ltd, to add an Airbus A321 into its growing aircraft leasing portfolio. This brings ST Aerospace Resources’ total share capital contribution in Keystone Holdings (Global) to US$18,958,806 (approximately S$26.7m).
As part of its capitalisation exercise, Keystone Holdings (Global) has injected US$2,304,569 (approximately S$3.3m) into its subsidiary Keystone Leasing (UK) Limited, which has in turn injected the same amount into Keystone 1 Limited.
The plan also involves Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd injecting US$5,777,919 (approximately S$8.1m) into the capital of ST Aerospace Resources, for the capitalisation of Keystone Holdings (Global).
These capital injections are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
