Singapore, 11 December 2015 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that ST Aerospace Resources Pte. Ltd. has injected US$5,043,600 (approximately S$7,138,207) into the capital of its subsidiary, Keystone Holdings (Global) Pte. Ltd. This brings ST Aerospace Resources’ total share capital contribution in Keystone Holdings to US$5,043,610 (approximately S$7,138,221). This fund injection will support the expansion of its aircraft leasing business through the purchase of an Airbus A320 aircraft currently on lease to a European airline.
Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd has correspondingly injected US$5,043,600 (approximately S$7,138,207) into the capital of ST Aerospace Resources, as funding of the capital injection into Keystone Holdings.
These capital injections are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
