Change of Share Registrar

Singapore, 26 February 2024 - The Board of Directors of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (“Tricor Barbinder”) will be appointed as the Company’s Share Registrar in place of M&C Services Private Limited with effect from 26 February 2024.

Following the change of the Company’s Share Registrar, the Register of Members and Index of the Company will be kept at Tricor Barbinder’s office located at 9 Raffles Place, #26-01 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619.
