Singapore, 29 December 2025 - Further to its announcement on 17 November 2025, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) wishes to announce that the divestment of its entire 49% equity interest in its joint venture company, Shanghai Technologies Aerospace Company Limited (STARCO), to China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited has been completed today.
Following the completion of this divestment, STARCO is no longer a joint venture company of the ST Engineering group.
