Singapore, 10 November 2025 – Further to its announcement on 17 July 2025, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd
(ST Engineering) wishes to announce that the divestment of its entire 51% equity interest in its joint venture, SPTel Pte. Ltd. (SPTel), to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seraya AQX Pte Ltd has been completed today.
Following the completion of this divestment, SPTel is no longer a joint venture of the ST Engineering group.
