ST Engineering Ramps Up Quantum-Safe Solutions For Financial Institutions

Spotlights quantum-safe encryptor and new post-quantum cryptography readiness platform at the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025

Singapore, 12 November 2025 – ST Engineering today introduced its latest enterprise-grade quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions, developed in-house to help financial services organisations in Singapore achieve cryptographic agility and begin integrating quantum security measures into their operations.

Built with post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and designed to integrate with future third-party Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) systems, ST Engineering’s Quantum-Safe Encryptor safeguards sensitive data and communications against quantum decryption threats. Engineered for critical infrastructure, government, defence, and enterprise networks—including but not limited to the financial sector—it delivers ultra-low-latency, high assurance encryption for mission-critical and high-speed data flows. Its hardware-enforced architecture ensures integrity and protection against tampering, providing a trusted foundation for quantum-resilience connectivity.

The new Quantizant PQC-readiness platform assists organisations in planning and implementing their multi-year migration to quantum-safe cryptography. The platform’s intelligent discovery engine aids cryptographic inventory management, while its AI-powered quantum risk engine performs risk assessment. It also serves as the PQC migration playbook comprising strategies and planning tools, sandbox environments for testing PQC implementations, hybrid routing, automated rollback systems, and modules for third-party integration. Quantizant’s continuous monitoring and automated evidence collection capabilities enable multi-standard regulatory compliance and reporting.

“As quantum computing approaches an inflection point, organisations will have to migrate to quantum-resistant cryptographic algorithms to secure their systems before adversarial quantum capabilities mature,” said Tan Bin Ru, President for Enterprise (Digital) at ST Engineering.

“ST Engineering is at the forefront of advancing national and enterprise cyber resilience. With our enterprise-grade AI-powered and quantum-ready cybersecurity solutions, we are committed to helping financial institutions move from proof-of-concept to real business deployments, achieving quantum resilience,” Bin Ru added.

At the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, ST Engineering showcased a suite of advanced cybersecurity and AI-powered solutions, including its new Quantum-Safe Encryptor, the Quantizant PQC-readiness platform, and AI-powered solutions that boost operational efficiency and enhance cyber resilience.

ST Engineering’s Cyber business has built deep end-to-end capabilities across hardware, solutions and services, grounded in its strong technology, research and engineering competencies to provide trusted cyber defence for critical information infrastructure and organisations. Today, it develops agentic AI-driven cybersecurity solutions through its Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence and supports customers in 19 countries and 11 critical sectors, including energy, water, transport and more.
