ST Engineering was listed on the mainboard of Singapore Exchange (then the Stock Exchange of Singapore) in December 1997.

About Dividends
On 18 March 2025, the Board announced a dividend plan for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 (“FY2025”) and a new dividend policy that will be effective for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 (“FY2026”) and onwards.
Based on our dividend policy, the dividends are scheduled to be paid in June, September, December and in May the following year.
The final dividend payable in May is subject to shareholders’ approval at the ST Engineering AGM, the record date and payment date for which will be announced in conjunction with the release of the Group’s full-year financial results.

We will review the dividend policy periodically to ensure it remains aligned with our strategic objectives, financial performance, and market conditions.
The review process will consider the Group’s earnings growth, reinvestment needs and shareholder expectations, ensuring the policy continues to balance predictable dividends with long-term growth ambitions.

However, we are aware that the U.S. OTC Markets and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) have issued DR on ST Engineering's shares.
The U.S. OTC Markets have listed an unsponsored U.S. American Depositary Receipt (ADR) on ST Engineering, under the ticker symbol "SGGKY". The SET have listed an unsponsored depository receipt under Thai securities law (Thai DR) on ST Engineering, under the ticker symbol “STEG19”.
An ADR is a negotiable receipt issued by a U.S. depositary bank to represent a specified number of ordinary shares of a non-U.S. issuer that has been deposited with the depositary bank or its custodian. As of 10 October 2008, certain amendments to U.S. securities laws became effective which made it easier for depositary banks to establish unsponsored ADR programmes without the participation or consent of the issuer.
ST Engineering has not authorised and does not support or encourage the establishment of any unsponsored ADR programmes in respect of its securities and disclaims any liability in connection with any unsponsored ADRs. ST Engineering also does not represent to any depositary bank nor should any depositary bank rely on a belief that ST Engineering publishes on its website or any electronic information delivery system all information in English currently and on an ongoing basis required to claim or maintain the exemption from registration under Rule 12g3-2(b) under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

In addition, the consent of the issuer of the underlying securities is not required for the issuance of Thai DR.
